Ingredients

2 qt. apple cider
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 stick cinnamon
a few whole cloves
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Simmer apple cider with allspice, cinnamon and cloves for 15 minutes.
Just before serving, add lemon juice and orange juice. Spices may be tied in cheesecloth to avoid straining.
Serves 10.
