Italian Herb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Shape beef into a patty in a large frying pan.
    Brown patty in butter for 5 minutes on each side.
    Then place in bowl; break into chunks.
    Saute onions in frypan until soft.
    Chop tomatoes with juice in pan; add tomato sauce.
    Blend in the flour, cheese and seasonings.
    Heat, stirring constantly, until mix thickens slightly.
    Simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors.
    Stir in ground beef.
