Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. water
    2 medium onions, diced
    1 large cauliflower, broken into pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    3 to 4 c. milk
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in water until tender.
    Add milk and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix flour with water and stir in to thicken.
    Extra cheese is good.
