Chicken Breast In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and pounded flat
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. parsley
    flour
    2 Tbsp. water
    herb dressing, crushed
    1/4 tsp. leaf marjoram
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    Mozzarella cheese slices
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Mix butter, marjoram, seasoning mix, oregano and parsley together.
    Place a dab of mixture in center of each chicken breast.
    Add 2 slices of cheese and roll up.
    Roll chicken in flour. Dip into egg, water and oil mixture.
    Then dip in herb stuffing crumbs.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Melt remaining butter mixture with wine and add to chicken.
    Bake 25 minutes more.
