Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. raw chopped apple
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat
    egg well.
    Add sugar.
    Add
    dry
    ingredients
    and mix. Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serve hot or cold.
