Funny Cake(A Family Tradition At Christmastime.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 to 3 Tbsp. water (cold)

Preparation

Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening until like cornmeal. Sprinkle with cold water. Put dough out on floured board and roll into a 9 or 10-inch crust. Put in pan and flute the edge; set aside.
