Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popcorn, popped
2 sticks oleo
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 or 3 shakes salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In kettle on high, mix oleo, sugar and syrup.
Boil 5 minutes. Remove; add vanilla, salt and baking soda.
Pour over popcorn and mix.
Bake at 250\u00b0, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes.
