Onion Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. instant onion
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine milk and onion in small mixing bowl.
    Mix well and let stand 10 minutes.
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl.
    Add egg, cheese, butter and milk mixture. Stir only to moisten.
    Spread batter evenly in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yields 15 servings.
