Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fresh ears corn (grated) or 1 can cream-style corn
    3 eggs, separated
    1 scant c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add corn, flour and seasonings.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, then baking powder.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot grease.
