Zucchini-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Blend eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar.
    Mix in zucchini and pineapple.
    Combine salt, sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and allspice.
    Add dry ingredients to egg mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
