Fried Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 eggs, beaten
    seasoned bread crumbs
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Dip cheese cubes in eggs.
    Coat with crumbs; repeat.
    Fry in hot oil (350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0) until lightly browned.
    Serve immediately.
