Zippy Pork Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. pork sirloin roast
    5 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 bottle ketchup (14 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    buns
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, combine meat and water.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, approximately 2 hours or until meat is very tender.
    Remove meat from broth, reserving 1/2 cup broth. Return broth to Dutch oven and add onion and celery.
    Cook, covered, for approximately 10 minutes or until vegetables are very tender.
    Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire, vinegar, mustard and pepper.
    Remove meat from the bones and discard fat and bones.
    Chop or shred remaining meat.
    Add meat to mixture in Dutch oven and simmer until warmed up enough to eat.
    Spoon onto buns and enjoy!
