Spinach Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. uncooked brown rice
3 eggs
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. fresh spinach, torn into tiny pieces
3 Tbsp. wheat germ
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook rice as directed.
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Add cooked rice, cheese, salt and parsley.
Fold in spinach.
Pour into casserole.
