Strawberry Philly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 jar strawberry jam
1 pastry shell
whipped cream

Preparation

Bake pastry shell 5 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven.
Cream the cream cheese until smooth.
Blend in sugar.
Beat eggs slightly.
Add milk and vanilla.
Slowly add to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended.
Pour into pastry shell.
Put in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Cool pie.
Add strawberry jam over top and whipped cream just before serving.
