Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed veggies, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Spread chicken over butter.
Then spread veggies over chicken.
Mix broth and soup; pour over all.
(This can be done ahead of time at this point and refrigerated.)
Then mix milk and Bisquick.
Batter will be thin.
Pour this over entire dish.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
