Balsamic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Dust chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown 2 minutes in olive oil.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook on low 30 minutes or until done.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
