Egg-Ham Baked Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices sourdough bread
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. baked ham, cubed
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Trim crust off bread, butter and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Put into a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over bread cubes.
    Put cubed ham over cheese.
    Beat the eggs; add milk and salt.
    Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese and bread.
    Set overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cheese puffs up over the ham.
    Serves 8.
    (Bread mixture should be no higher than 3/4 full.)
