Grandma'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together in medium mixing bowl, except flour.
Sift flour in a separate bowl and make a hole in the flour by pushing up the sides.
Pour the mixture into the center of the flour.
Mix with fork until dough is stiff.
Pour onto wax paper and roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with cookie cutters. Nuts or coconut are optional.
Bake until brown.
