Mother'S Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans carrots, drained
    1/4 c. celery, chopped (more if you like)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Place carrots in casserole dish.
    Saute onion and celery in oleo until onions are transparent.
    Pour this over carrots. Cover with thick slices of Velveeta.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 until melted. Serves 6.
