Pan Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean beef, cut into 3-inch cubes
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. catsup
    2 c. beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    In iron Dutch oven, brown beef and onion over high heat in the bacon drippings.
    Combine the remaining ingredients except bouillon.
    Pour over the meat; add bouillon and blend.
    Cover tightly; place in oven at 250\u00b0 and cook 3 hours.
    Serve as is with rice and/or beans.
