Onion Rings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 Vidalia onions
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
-
Heat fat.
Slice onions and separate into rings.
Mix rest of ingredients until smooth.
Dip rings into batter, then drop into hot fat.
Fry until golden brown.
