Corn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing croutons
3 c. cooked whole kernel corn
1 c. chopped celery
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter until entirely tender; set aside to cool.
In bowl, combine croutons, corn, eggs, water, salt and onion mixture; mix well.
Shape into 8 to 10 balls.
Place in ungreased shallow baking dish, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
