Penne Alla Vodka(Yield: 4-6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
    2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
    2 oz. Thinly Sliced Prosciutto, cut into thin strips
    1 (28-35 oz.) can Italian Peeled Tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup Heavy Cream
    1/4 cup Vodka
    1 lb. Penne
    Salt
    1/2 cup grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
