Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste (1/2 can water)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    sliced Mozzarella cheese
    cottage cheese
    4 oz. tomato sauce
    8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and garlic in oil in skillet. Drain the meat and add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, 1/2 can water, salt, pepper and oregano. Cover skillet and simmer 1 hour.
    Cook the lasagna noodles (with the 1 tablespoon salad oil to keep noodles from sticking). Drain.
