Carolyn Schnarr'S Hot Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. canned Dole Pineapple Tidbits
    8 oz. sliced peaches
    5 oz. sliced pears
    10 oz. apricots halves
    8 oz. maraschino cherries
    1/2 stick lowfat margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 tsp. curry
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain all fruits well and place in a casserole dish.
    In a saucepan, combine margarine, brown sugar, curry and cinnamon. Simmer 1-2 minutes and pour over fruit.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
