Aunt Ceil'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. or 1 stick melted margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour, pour in milk, then margarine; mix together.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Then add flavorings and mix.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake 25 minutes until done or set.
