Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1- 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add carrots, nuts, oil, eggs and mix well. Grease two
    (or three small) loaf pans. Place mixture in pans. bake 35-60 minutes or when tooth pick comes out clean.
