Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 cucumber, diced
    small onion, diced
    1 large green pepper, diced
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bake corn muffin mix according to package directions and cool. Crumble in a large bowl.
    Add tomato, cucumber, onion and green pepper to the cornbread and mix.
    Stir in enough mayonnaise to moisten the mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
