Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk, beating thoroughly with each addition.
Bake in an 8 x 8-inch square cake pan for 40 to 50 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
