Fresh Spinach-Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1 c. chopped apple
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation
    Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry. Tear into bite size pieces.
    Combine spinach, apple and celery in large bowl.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice; toss well.
    Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Pour over spinach mixture; toss well.
    Serve immediately. Serves 12.
