Olga'S Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. tap water
    flour (self-rising)
Preparation
    Beat together egg and water.
    Add flour until you have a stiff dough.
    Roll in wax paper and put in freezer.
    Chill through and through.
    Roll out paper thin and cut into dumplings.
    Dry out overnight or 1 1/2 hours in refrigerator.
    Drop a few dumplings at a time into the broth.
    Have broth at a rolling boil.
