Golden Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Melt butter, remove from heat and stir in rest of ingredients.
    Spread into 13 x 9-inch pan which has been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
