Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice
    1 qt. bread cubes (6 or 7 slices)
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add pineapple juice and milk and mix well.
    Add pineapple chunks and bread cubes.
    Fold in carefully.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be made ahead and put in refrigerator overnight.
