Curried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    seasoned salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Place in saucepan; bring to boil.
    Lower heat.
    Cook until water is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
    Fluff with fork; add 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Pour gently on platter.
    Place chicken strips in mound on top.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
