Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion (the size of a large lemon), chopped
1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 medium bell pepper, chopped
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper
sliced cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup
1/2 can of milk (use soup can)
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
Preparation

Saut the onion, celery and bell pepper in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook on medium heat until tender. May have to add a little water. Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion, celery and pepper to ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix and put in casserole dish. Top with sliced cheese. Mix cream of mushroom soup or celery soup with milk. Add mixed vegetables. Pour over cheese. Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 until soup is hot.
