Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce (bite size pieces)
1 1/2 c. celery, cut small
1/2 green pepper
1 pkg. frozen peas, cook according to directions and chill
1 red onion (sliced razor thin)
1 pt. mayonnaise, mixed with 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. bacon (cut before frying very crisp), crumbled
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Layer vegetables and bacon.
Cover and seal with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
