Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. noodles
1/2 lb. Ricotta cottage cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Add hamburger and minced garlic.
Brown.
Then add tomato sauce and seasonings.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook noodles.
Put alternate layers of noodles, Mozzarella, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese in greased pan. End with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
Serves 4.
