Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from salmon.
    Add all ingredients except egg whites.
    Mix well.
    Last fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in buttered baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle top with paprika if desired.
