Low Fat Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices diet white bread (40 calories per slice)
Egg substitute to equal 2 eggs (4 oz. Egg Beaters)
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 tsp. Molly McButter
1/2 c. canned whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. Special K cereal
Nonstick vegetable spray
Preparation

Tear or crumble bread and set aside.
In large bowl, combine egg substitute, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, evaporated milk, raisins, Molly McButter and cranberry sauce.
Mix well and stir in the bread.
