Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. oil (Wesson)
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 ripe bananas
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 level tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients.
    Pour into large skillet or Bundt pan which has been well greased with Crisco.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until done (approximately 45 minutes).
