My Favorite Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drain on a paper towel
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine onions, 3/4 cup pecans and salt.
    Using a mixer, mix cream cheese with onion, nuts and salt.
    Chill in same bowl.
    When chilled, about 1 hour, shape mixture into a ball and roll in 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped pecans.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with whole wheat crackers.
