Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. bread crumbs (fine)
    2 c. flaked salmon (1 lb. can)
Preparation
    Combine condiments and mix well.
    Add salmon and bread crumbs. Bake in a greased 8 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with curly endive, lemon and cucumber twist, if desired.
