Caledonian Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. marmalade
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. candied fruit
    slivered almonds
Preparation
    Process cottage cheese, marmalade and confectioners sugar and mix in blender container until smooth.
    Pan into 4 to 6 dessert dishes.
    Chill well.
    Garnish with candied fruit and almonds.
