1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 sticks margarine
1/4 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 pkg. instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, margarine and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioners sugar and spread over cooled crust, then chill.
Mix the instant pudding, milk and vanilla.
Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Cover all with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
Chill.
