Bananas & Cheesecake Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c nonfat sour cream
2 oz reduced fat cream cheese
2 Tbsp. Plus 1 tsp. Fat free (skim) milk
3 pkg sugar substitute or equivalent of 2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
6 medium bananas, unpeeled an cut crosswise into halves
Nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Place all ingredients except bananas in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour 2 Tbsp Sauce into each of 6 plastic containers; cover tightly.
Refrigerate until needed or place containers in small cooler with ice.
