Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2 large onions, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (12 oz.) can water (approximately)
1 1/2 to 2 qt. canned tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of soda
Preparation

Brown hamburger; let drain in a colander.
Saute onions, green pepper and celery.
Add hamburger, tomato paste, water and tomatoes; mix well, chopping tomatoes up well.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
More water may be needed.
Stir well occasionally, to be sure it isn't sticking to the bottom of the pan.
