Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
    garlic or garlic powder and other seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Cook hamburger and onion.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add large can tomato sauce, garlic, green pepper and other seasonings.
    Simmer approximately one hour.
    Add small can tomato sauce and mushrooms. Simmer another hour or so.
    (Tomato sauce is salty so salt to taste.)
