Raw Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. chopped apples
    1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add slightly beaten eggs, apples, milk, vanilla and chopped nuts.
    Do not overmix.
    Bake in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan in moderate oven for about 25 minutes or until done.
