Light And Easy Chocolate Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. flour
    2 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    dash of cinnamon
    confectioners sugar to sift on top of cake
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine cocoa, sugar and butter.
    Beat well.
    Add flour, egg yolks and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Beat egg whites to soft peak stage and fold into chocolate mixture.
    Add cinnamon.
    Spoon batter into a greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cut into 12 squares, cool and dust with confectioners sugar.
