Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. long grain and wild rice (raw rice)
    1 3/4 c. turkey breast, diced
    1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/3 c. green onions, sliced
    1 3/4 c. fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
    1/2 lb. cherry tomatoes, halved
    3/4 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    3/4 c. lite Italian reduced calorie salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions and chill.
    Stir in turkey, vegetables and dressing.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Serving size:
    2 (No. 12) scoops (9.5 ounces), 210 calories, 17 protein, 32 cholesterol, 1 fat and 426 sodium.
